Therapy for a Deeper, More Meaningful Life in Eugene, Oregon

Welcome
Looking into the night sky, one feels the vastness and profound mystery of being alive. Experiences like these slow us down, inviting us to notice the depth, uncertainty, and possibility beneath our feet. Therapy can be like this—a space to pause, look inward, and come into contact with the mystery of your life. When we sit together and pay attention to what is present, patterns soften, and new ways of living begin to open.
I help clients understand themselves from the inside out, exploring the thoughts, emotions, and habits that shape their experience. While my work draws on existential and humanistic traditions, the heart of my practice is presence. When I show up as my genuine and authentic self, my hope is that you’ll feel safe enough to do the same.
