Therapy in Eugene, Oregon — Grounded in Meaning and Presence

Where We Begin

At times in life we slow down and begin asking deeper questions about who we are, how we live, and what truly matters. These moments can feel uncertain, yet they can also open a door toward meaningful change. Therapy can become a space to pause and look inward. As we pay attention to what is present, patterns soften and new ways of living begin to open.

My work helps clients understand themselves from the inside out, exploring the thoughts, emotions, and habits that shape their experience. While my approach draws on existential and humanistic traditions, the heart of my practice is presence. When I show up as my authentic self, my hope is that you’ll feel safe enough to do the same.
