Getting Started
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are 55 minutes. Couples sessions are 85 minutes. Extended sessions are also available by request.
How often do we meet?
I typically work with new individual clients on a weekly basis. For couples, session frequency varies depending on goals and scheduling needs.
How do I schedule an intake appointment?
To get started, visit the Contact page and complete the New Client Contact Form. I’ll be in touch within one to two business days to discuss next steps and answer any questions you may have.

What are your session fees?
Standard Rates
Individuals (55 minutes): $105
Couples (85 minutes): $155
I also offer a sliding scale for clients who need a more accessible option. If you’re feeling uncertain about the cost of therapy, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always open to having a thoughtful conversation about your situation.

I accept credit and debit cards, cash, and checks, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Insurance & Coverage
Do you take insurance?
I work with clients both with and without insurance.
Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs can vary significantly depending on your specific plan. Rather than making assumptions or offering generalized answers, I prefer to review options together so you have a clear and realistic picture before deciding how to move forward.
If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out. In many cases, I’m able to help clients find a rate that fits within their financial reality, regardless of insurance plan details, copays, or deductibles.
Are you a Oregon Health Plan (OHP) provider?
I am not a OHP provider at this time, however I do offer a sliding scale if you need a accessible option.
Do you accept medicare?
I’m not able to bill Medicare at this time. However, I do offer a sliding scale for those who need a more accessible option.
Format & Policies
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions that I’ll review with you during the intake process.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. If you’re unable to attend sessions in person, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located anywhere in Oregon.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This allows me to offer consistent care while respecting the time set aside for each client.
